ABOUT
RENAE
CEO/H.O.M.E. OWNER
Hey! I’m Renae aka Nae. For years I’ve built a career in high-performing environments from tech to real estate – and I learned that success without regulation isn’t really success but the quickest pathway to being burnt out. I know what it’s like to chase a 6 figure salary and I also know what it’s like to feel disconnected while doing everything “right”. At a certain point I realized: I didn’t need more motivation. I needed a different relationship with my body, my time, and my nervous system. It wasn’t until I became a meditation teacher that mindfulness stopped being a concept and became a way of being- where it’s less about “staying positive” and more about speaking the truth, coming back to center, and moving through life with more clarity and less force. My belief is, when we get to operate in the fullness of our strengths self-care is not an afterthought – it is a priority. This is the shift that my work is rooted in – living at the intersection of lifestyle medicine and nervous system support, identity and self trust, strengths-based alignment, and an ownership mentality because peace feels different when you actually own some sh!t be it assets, skillsets, or wisdom without the performative hustle.
I call it, H.O.M.E. (Health + Healing, Ownership + Opportunity, Mindfulness, Empowerment).
NeighborhoodNae is not just a play on my name or a nod to the late great Nipsey Hussle but a brand and community that centers those pillars as a framework for growth. My mission is simple and straightforward – to bridge the gap between mindfulness, wealth and wellness to lead a life out of survival mode and into sustainable growth.
I create space for you to come HOME to your self through:
- Collaborative Coaching Relationships
- Community Conversation Workshops
- Courses + Content
When I’m not working you can find me curating fire playlists like it’s spiritual practice, traveling or roaming the local DMV streets for good eats, deep diving into healing and habits, and reminding people that their life doesn’t have to be hard to be meaningful.
This space is intentionally built for corporate millennial professionals, small business owners and creatives, and members of the LGBT+ community navigating the throes of intersectionality who are:
- rebuilding a relationship with self after burnout or chronic stress and craving consistency over intensity
- trying to create and/or sustain a stable foundation (physically, emotionally, financially, and spiritually)
- ready to be guided in a safe space that provides practical structure but still want things to feel grounded and real
Welcome HOME,
Renae (Nae)
